Job Description:
Occasional Admin tasks such as scheduling doctor visits, helping with travel, and scheduling clients Tasks such as filing insurance claims, filing receipts, & research for special projects Personal tasks such as (but not limited to):
making vitamin packs, home care, errands, making phone calls, and taking care of plants/ walking two friendly dogs Organizing household HUGE plus is knowledge of social media, video and audio editing and live streaming (you will be paid more for these tasks) (especially Zoom, Restream and/or OBS) Some work can be virtual Social media management is a huge plus Requirements:
Must have a reliable car and proof of auto insurance (prefer someone who lives close to Westside of LA) Must pass a background check and drug test and be legal to work in the U.

Versed in MS Word, Excel, Google Drive and Asana are a plus Mac Savvy- can troubleshoot Apple devices, Printers and/or work well with tech support.
Can work in a fast paced enviroment and are not afraid to take initiative 1 year prior Assistant experience We Offer:
